Right now, the header of user_permission command has missing 'Namespace'

hbase(main):009:0> user_permission '.*'
User Table,Family,Qualifier:Permission
test hbase,hbase:acl,,: [Permission:
actions=ADMIN]
{code}
Ideally, it should be something like this
{code}
hbase(main):009:0> user_permission '.*'
User
Namespace,Table,Family,Qualifier:Permission
test hbase,hbase:acl,,: [Permission:
actions=ADMIN]
{code}
