[~busbey] noticed that the module hbase-native-client was not part of the
release candidate 1.0.0RC5 in the src tarball (and neither in binary arifacts).
I think we have added that as a part of C-API, but without implementation it
just sits there.
We should decide:
1. Remove it
2. Add it to the release artifacts (src tarball from maven)
Does anybody have a plan around it? A reference implementation? I do not want
to release it as official C API, without anything to back it up.
