Users of the hbase command script can now use the 'hbase snapshot export’
command. This replaces the need to type the full class name of
'org.apache.hadoop.hbase.snapshot.ExportSnapshot'
In addition to adding command 'snapshot export', we are also grouping snapshot
related commands together as subcommands under 'hbase snapshot'.
