Hi, Looking at `CacheConfig` and noticed that `CACHE_DATA_BLOCKS_COMPRESSED_KEY` and `DROP_BEHIND_CACHE_COMPACTION_KEY` both have no equivalent in `HColumnDescriptor` and hence cannot be set from the Shell or admin API. Is that not an oversight?
