Unit tests pass: failed (8u144), TestMemstoreLABWithoutPool always fails


TestMemstoreLABWithoutPool.org.apache.hadoop.hbase.regionserver.TestMemstoreLABWithoutPool
can fail with OOME if not run in isolation.

If run in isolation, I get
