Heya, It's past time to start the 2.3.4 release process. I plan to let the 2.4.0 release run its course before adding this release to the PMC burden. I will change my mind if the 2.4.0 release ends up dragging out for several weeks for some reason. In the meantime, please wrap up any patch-level bug fixes you might be sitting on.
