I've seen several times that all the 3 posts on github PR are +1 but the jenkins job is yellow and causes a big cross on the PR status.
I think we have faced this problem https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SUREFIRE-1821 When there are flaky UTs we will rerun it, and then it will likely generate a broken xml report and then the jenkins job will fail because of a parse error on the test xml report. It seems that the surefire community said they can fix it in 3.0.0-M6 but no progress in the recent several months...
