To enhance data integrity and ensure Point-In-Time Recovery (PITR)
capabilities, we need to introduce validation when deleting backups. If a
backup is the only remaining full backup enabling PITR for certain tables, the
deletion should be prevented unless the {{force}} option is explicitly
specified.
