This will
* Make the Kafka connector more secure
* Make the build and dependency config much simpler
* Generally remove a lot of CVEs
* Hopefully woraround the maven-flatten-plugin failures I exeperienced
While it won't affect the actual HBase 2 compatibility, as that is handled in
hbase-shaded-mapreduce.
