I have opened PR to consume this version of hbase-thirdparty for all branches
with https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-29317. I had raised PR for
master (a week ago) on a earlier version of hbase-thirdparty with all the
current changes (and the additional, now removed jetty 12 changes) and it had
passed. Let's see how it goes with the staged RC1 release.

BTW, had to sink RC0, even before publishing a mail, as I missed to mark
release version for https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-29358.

Please vote on this RC soon, so that we can start with our planned 2.5.12 and
2.6.3 releases.

Regards,
Nihal
