        * Unit tests pass (1.8.0_432): ok
         - mvn clean package -P runAllTests
 -Dsurefire.rerunFailingTestsCount=3

Started all-in-one master+regionserver in place in source, loaded the UIs,
clicked around a bit, looks good.

Loaded and verified 20M rows with LTT.
