HBase RPC {{ConnectionHeader}} attribute list can contain any attribute
({{string}}, {{byte[]}} pairs). This list should be extended from
{{{}hbase-site.xml{}}}. When an HBase RPC connection is opened, it must scan
the configuration for {{hbase.client.header.*}} properties and pass them to the
HBase server.
