We already have the new HBase website but we still have some old HTML pages
accessible, for example:
* [https://hbase.apache.org/downloads.html]
* [https://hbase.apache.org/acid-semantics.html]
These are unstyled and will not be updated anymore as they have their new
counterpart in the new website:
* [https://hbase.apache.org/downloads]
* [https://hbase.apache.org/acid-semantics/]
I propose to clean up these old HTML pages to avoid confusion.
