Should surely be Won't Fix?

But I think it's a bit unfair to penalise users for our mistake.

I also think it's wrong for the web-site to contain Javadocs for a the
wrong release.

At the least, I think we should generate an archive with Javadocs and
release that alongside the binary and source archives.

I'll see about starting that later.
