The currently listed license in the httpcomponents-client POM is "Apache
License". This does not specify the license version, which makes it hard to use
with tools that use the license information (like the Codehaus Licence Plugin).
Please can I request it be changed to use the full name, "Apache License,
Version 2.0"?
