Gary

It is amazing how long concurrency bugs can go undetected. The test in
question was created several years back and was regularly executed by
the CI server and locally with every build. Yet, it hit you at that very
moment when you were preparing a release.

The bug needs to be fixed in HttpCore (low level connection pooling). It
cannot be fixed in HttpClient.

I propose that we set the test to @Ignore temporarily and move on with
the release.
