Round out the {{SslContextBuilder}} class by adding missing APIs that are
currently hard-coded as:
- {{TrustManagerFactory.getDefaultAlgorithm()}}
- {{KeyStore.getDefaultType()}}
- {{KeyManagerFactory.getDefaultAlgorithm()}}
