Adding optional Micrometer metrics integration into HttpClient so that
developers can obtain an instrumented {{CloseableHttpClient}} which
automatically records request counts, latencies and error rates.
By handing in their own {{{}ObservationRegistry{}}}, teams will be able to plug
these metrics straight into their existing monitoring back-ends with zero
boilerplate and without touching application code.
