Rahul should go to id.apache.org (in fact all PPMC members should) and make sure that your GPG key is uploaded there, so that this file: http://people.apache.org/keys/group/hdt.asc Is updated with your correct key. That's the file I tried first. When that didn't work I tried: http://people.apache.org/~rsharma/hdt-0.0.1.incubating-rc0/KEYS and that worked.
