+1. I downloaded the source tarball. Maven successfully built the plugins. Installed into Eclipse Kepler (4.3). Tested basic HDFS functionality using a locally running Hortonworks Sandbox 1.3 Tested basic Zookeeper browse with local running zookeeper instance.
These things for right now seem like a reasonable sanity check.
