Note that in Helix, the enqueue event does not imply what will be rebalanced. Because when the event is really processed, there might be more changes happen, so the controller will most likely read more than the event. Since many users have already complained about our verbose log, let's be conservative about adding more log. Could you be please give some examples that you think you will need this log to debug?
