Hello Helix Devs, We moved to github issues from jira last year. But I was aware that the issue management is not updated in pom and helix web: jira is still shown as helix's issue tracking system. I think it'd help users know the right place to create issues on github instead of jira. I wonder if there is any concern we update the issue management in pom: eg. Does Apache require Apache open source projects to use jira as its issue management?
