Due to a critical issue for enable/disable instances in Apache Helix 1.0.3, we decide to *deprecate* 1.0.3 release. For all existing user *onboarded* 1.0.3, please *upgrade* to 1.0.4, since 1.0.4 contains the change to fix ZK messed up data.
