Hi all,
While reviewing the project activity for wednesday's board meeting I noticed
that in your last vote on a release you count 4 +1 votes.
However did Junkai Xue never officially vote. I know that people usually
implicitly expect the RM to vote +1 on his own release candidtate, however I
personally have voted -1 on numerous of my own releases.
If you want to count your vote, please add something down the line of "This
also counts as my +1" to the vote email or - which I consider better -
explicitly cast a vote.
