PropertyStore -> HelixPropertyStore has a backwards incompatible problem. one
solution is to make the property store namespace configurable:
ZkHelixPropertyStore<ZNRecord> getHelixPropertyStore(String namespace); //
namespace is path relative to the cluster root location
