Helix code style

HI,
HELIX-198 (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HELIX-198) tracks work on 
agreeing upon a standard Java code style. I listed out my preferences. Does 
anyone agree/disagree? Feel free to add comments to the Jira.
I plan to create a template once there is some consensus on the key points.
