Hive Conf variables should be relative to the dfs

Currently, the following parameter:
hive.metastore.warehouse.dir
refers the path completely.
It becomes difficult to maintain if a mapping from Hive Database -> DFS is
added.
This is needed for multi data-center support from Hive.
