change the value of hive.input.format to CombineHiveInputFormat for tests

Hive does not have shims for hadoop 17, 18 and 19.
It might be a good idea to change the default value to combinehiveinputformat
during tests.
Inside facebook, we have been using combinehiveinputformat for a long time, and
it would be
useful to get more testing on this.
