It's probably simpler to patch Cassandra to allow specifying ports via
properties, than dynamically generate yaml. That's fine if this is a blocker.
But IMO it's reasonable to expect someone who wants to run Cassandra, to
configure the ports the standard Cassandra way in yaml.
