Updated to include HIVE-1803. Still cannot figure out why I cannot set the
inputFormat, but I think the real reason is I cannot find the correct
MapredWork. The one I am setting it on begins with inputFormat=null. Left a
comment on the reviewboard in IndexWhereProcessor.
