I want to reuse few classes and methods that are currently private in Hive. Few
Apache projects (HADOOP-5073, PIG-1311) have handled this problem of opening up
few interfaces for particular projects through annotations. Same solution could
be reused for Hive to open up few classes for HCatalog. Patch for adding these
annotations and couple of illustrations on how to use them.
