Brock Noland resolved HIVE-8673.

Resolution: Won't Fix
I investigated all the results. The only differences were:
* Plan differences due to the execution engine delta.
* Result differences since the queries are not deterministic across execution
engines.
As such I am closing this one. If anyone feels differently please share.
