Also, is it intentional that you have to put UDFType annotation for function to
be considered as deterministic, even though UDFType.deterministic has default
value true?
If I see correctly, FunctionRegistry.isDeterministic only looks if given class
has that annotation, and not if parent classes have it. UDFType annotation on
GenericUDF is basically useless?
