Some minor fixes:
1. Get rid of spark_test.q, which was used to test the sparkCliDriver test fw.
2. Get rid of spark-snapshot repository dep in pom
3. Cleanup ExplainTask to get rid of * in imports.
4. Reorder the scala/spark dependencies in pom to fit the main order.
