I think HIVE-9370 shows we do need some extra information to decide whether to
timeout, and SparkJobMonitor won't hang if SparkJobStatus can properly timeout
right?
But I know there's some work to make client smarter about timeouts. So I'm OK
with the change if it's in line with future improvements.
