Summary: NullPointerException when using AvroSerde in Transform

HIVE-4732 introduces an unique id for record reader in
AvroGenericRecordWritable. By the design, AvroGenericRecordReader would set the
recordReaderID for generated Avro writable. However, when we want to use
AvroSerDe in Hive's transform syntax, Avro writable's recordReaderID is not set
and causes NullPointerException.
