Summary: Set default field separator instead of ^A

By default Hive tables are created with field delimiter as ^A. it can be
changed by users defining the correct value in tblproperties or serdeproperties.
The default field separator should be modified by configuration and maybe other
default values as line separator in order to avoid specify it for each table
