Summary: Better naming of Tez edges

Do the following renames:
CUSTOM_EDGE -> CO_PARTITION_EDGE
CUSTOM_SIMPLE_EDGE -> PARTITION_EDGE
SIMPLE_EDGE -> SORT_PARTITION_EDGE
Because that's what those edges actually do.
Also rename Map/Reduce <n> to just Vertex <n>. These vertices haven't mapped or
reduced in a long time. The names are leftover items from MR.
