With HIVE-15473 beeline is able to show progress information. This however
leads to a case where certain long running commands like MSCK will not launch a
job on Tez and hence will lead to GetOperationStatus to wait till the query
execution finishes.
Prevent the above from happening such that users calling GetOperationStatus can
still get the update more frequently.
