Summary: Update "Understanding Hive Branches" in Hive Wiki

The "Understanding Hive Branches" section of the Hive Wiki was written before
the Hive 2.x and Hive 3.x versions were introduced and is currently outdated.
It needs to be fixed to include a description of the purpose of each branch and
what patches should be applied to which branches.
