ZKDTSM in Hadoop uses 10sec by default; looking at some logs from a flaky ZK
instance, I see that most other clients have 40-90sec. timeouts.
ZKDTSM uses sharedvalue from curator; that instantly fails on session
expiration, without any retries. For now we are going to increase the session
timeout to minimize problems due to that.
