Summary: Add units to displayed Spark metrics

When we print Spark stats in the logs, there are no units associated with the
metrics, which can be confusing for users. Specifically, for time-based metrics
like {{TaskDuration}} we should display units each value is in (I think for
more of them its in milliseconds, but should be confirmed).
