Summary: Add logs to the subclasses of MetaDataOperation

Subclasses of MetaDataOperation are not writing anything to the logs. It would
be useful to have some INFO and DEBUG level logging in these classes.
The following classes are affected
* GetCatalogsOperation
* GetColumnsOperation
* GetFunctionsOperation
* GetSchemasOperation
* GetTablesOperation
* GetTypeInfoOperation
* GetTableTypesOperation
* GetCrossReferenceOperation
* GetPrimaryKeysOperation
