[WIP; contains necessary jars until Parquet community releases version 1.12.0]
The new Parquet version (1.12.0) uses
[LogicalTypes|https://github.com/apache/parquet-format/blob/master/LogicalTypes.md]
instead of OriginalTypes.
These are backwards-compatible with OriginalTypes.
