Hive 2.3.7 release

Hi all,



I recently submitted a patch which was merged into Hive 2.3 and was wondering 
if you guys would be able to help me get Hive 2.3.7 released?



I am a contributor to HiveRunner and we need the patch as it adds support for 
testing with parquet. We would really like to get it released so we can start 
using it.
