At present after the query is killed following metrics are not updated by 
Workload Manager
 # numRunningQueries
 # numExecutors

Also, The WorkloadManager doesn't add update the pool allocations after the 
query is killed i.e. poolsToRedistribute doesn't contain the pool name for 
which the query is killed.
