Lots of calls in the Hive code to {{InetAddress.getLocalHost()}}. This should
be standardized onto hive-common {{ServerUtils.hostname()}}, which includes
removing (deprecating) a similar method in {{HiveStringUtils}}.
Open to anyone to improve.
