Implement the following commands:
{code:java}
SELECT * FROM t FOR SYSTEM_TIME AS OF <timestamp>;
SELECT * FROM t FOR SYSTEM_VERSION AS OF <version>;{code}
where SYSTEM_TIME is the Iceberg table state at the given timestamp (UTC), or
SYSTEM_VERSION is the Iceberg table snapshot id.
