In HIVE-25753, we filter compactions by CC_ID, but I used string type as the
parameter for the prepared statement. That cause a type error on some databases
(at least failed on PostgreSQL).
To correctly handle the filter, we should use
{code:java}
preparedStatement.setLong(...){code}
