There are a few {{HiveExceptions}} which were added to a few methods like
{{{}getCreateTableCommand{}}}, \{getColumns}}, {{{}formatType{}}}, etc, which
can be removed. Some methods in \{{ExplainTask} can also be cleaned up which
are related.
